This notice covers the Accordwell coming soon list and this campaign website. It does not describe a released CRM service or data you might later put into that service.

Who is responsible?

Accordwell is the trading name used for this campaign. The data controller is Garth Beckwith, trading as Accordwell. For questions or to exercise your rights, please contact us.

What we collect and why

We store the email address you submit, your consent wording and timestamp, the campaign source, and any optional team-size and CRM-need answers. With your permission we use these to send Accordwell launch and early-access information. We contact you about your CRM needs only if you separately choose that option. The basis for these messages is your consent. We do not sell your details or add you to an unrelated marketing list.

We count aggregate page loads by day and campaign source to understand which links are used. These counts are not unique people. There are no advertising cookies or tracking pixels. For abuse prevention, the form uses a daily hash of the connecting IP address and a request counter, retained for up to two days. This is a legitimate interest in protecting the form; hosting providers may also process technical request logs under their own service practices.

Where the information goes

The site uses OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare hosting and database infrastructure. The authorised Accordwell administrator and AI-assisted tools used to administer this campaign can access the list. Future launch messages may be sent through Google Workspace. These providers process data to deliver their services. This setup does not promise UK-only storage; provider processing may take place outside the UK under applicable transfer safeguards.

Retention and your choices

We remove active requests older than six months when the list is next used. If you unsubscribe we stop launch and research messages and remove optional profile answers. We retain only the minimum suppression and consent record needed to honour your choice and demonstrate it. There is no automatic re-subscription.

You can unsubscribe here or email us. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request restriction or portability where applicable. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it. If you have a concern, contact us or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
